Custom homes are considered a risky investment, and so a high credit rating is a must. You will also be required to put down a percentage at the start of your build, so make sure that your finances are in order.
Builder Interviews
At RYMAC Construction, we stress the importance of an initial interview. This is your chance to get all your questions out of the way—so brainstorm as much as possible! We'll ask you some questions as well, to make sure that you are prepared to move forward. Even if you don't have clear ideas and goals, don't worry. Conceptual meetings will give you all the inspiration you require.
Conceptual Meetings
Before we hammer any nails, we'll have multiple meetings and plot out how everything is going to come together. If you have specific ideas about what you require in a home, we can work with that.
Then What?
Once you have finalized a house plan, the bulk of the work will be passed back to us. We will be your best friend through this process, managing all vendors and sub-contractors and making sure your home is built on time and is fully up to code. If at any point your dissatisfied with the work being done in your home, we will make it right. We have been through many builds and know the ins and outs of the industry. RYMAC Construction only employs the best, and we will always match you with the team most qualified for your unique job!
